The Farm2School program in La Crosse, Wisconsin, brings fresh local vegetables into the school lunch program. They have brought in all kinds of locally grown vegetables to the schools and put them in a variety of dishes. The program encourages kids to try new vegetables through taste-testing. And it works! This program is an inspiration.
