Colorful cancer fighting foods . . .
that fight 30 percent of cancers
Color me healthy
One way to be sure you're getting a balance of healthy fruits and vegetables is to balance colors. Orange foods contain carotenes -- pumpkin and squash, for example. Red foods contain flavenoids, which prevent blood vessels to flavenoids. The nutrients that add color to your food also add their cancer-fighting properties to your body. How could it be any easier?
