The Perfect Food?




Only told they were fattening?

While potatoes have caught a bad reputation in the last decade -- and people have been told that potatoes were fattening; low-carb diets stigmatize them -- where's the truth? Properly prepared, potatoes are calorie-low and an excellent source of vitamins B6 and C; fiber; and minerals such as magnesium, potassium and iron.
